For those who are struggling with their mental health and don’t really want to talk about it – I run workshops and provide experiential learning programmes using a combination of coaching by association, mindfulness, meditation and expressive arts.
If you want to talk about your problems – you are most welcome to but if you’d rather not, whether on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting you don’t have to. You’ll be surprised at how much stress, anxiety and worry you can let go of and re-connect with the ‘real’ you – find relief, inspiration and joy in your life. You’ll be surprised at what you can pick up and learn from these sessions that will nurture your soul, build your resilience and empower you. You’ll be surprised at how those headaches lift, the tension eases and the stomach-aches subside.
I have a holistic health background – studied Nutrition, Bio-energetics 15 years ago and become a Reiki Master. Since 2008, I am a Master Practitioner of NLP (neurolinguistic programming) to help you change unwanted behaviours, limiting beliefs and negative emotions.
I am also a creative – an artist – and what I love about this most recent addition to my life is experiencing how positively it can change things for us on a neurological level. Expressive arts – be they painting, sculpting, music, drama, writing… work with the subconscious mind in a way that talking alone could never do. These days, in addition to traditional coaching and holistic therapies, I especially love to take people on a journey of creative discovery.
I’ve mentioned ‘either one-to-one or group’ setting. That’s because I also run programmes in the workplace – especially around resilience and change-management, my most recent client being Watford Borough Council.
So if you like the idea of this different approach or you’d like to explore how we could tailor-fit ‘traditional’ with different, let’s have a chat so that I can understand what your needs and wants are in order to design what is best for you.
